Pilot project by AOK Bayern and Mental Health Crowd

The aim is to offer students at two universities comprehensive mental health awareness work free of charge over the next four semesters. Three main components will be offered as part of a grant from AOK Bayern:


  • Mental Health Café
  • Kick-Off Week
  • Mental Health Guide - Training

Where can I sign up for the guide training?

Please write a short email to guides@uni4mind.de with a request for admission. After a short call, your training can begin.

How often does the Mental Health Guide training take place?

Every semester you have the opportunity to receive this training. Limited to 20 places each. The highlight: already trained guides provide active support during the subsequent training.

What else is on offer at our university for (mental) health? 

We will soon try to present existing offers from your university here.

As soon as a panel has been set up, we will also release the contact options here.

Become a Mental Health Guide at your university!

You can be trained at a block seminar every 6 months. Talk to students at the Mental Health Café and plan other internal events. Mental Health Awareness to let off steam!
